We kept it intentionally simple: charcoal walls, an open floor, and a glass storefront that lets the daylight pour in. That’s deliberate. You bring your own décor, your own caterer, your own layout, and nothing here fights you on it.

Open 6am – 2am, daily

A morning studio. An evening venue.

The room works two shifts. Sunrise classes get the daylight; celebrations get the night. Rent the window that fits.

6am – 10am

Fitness & wellness. Pilates, yoga, bootcamps, and standing classes. Open floor and morning light before the day gets loud.

10am – 2am

Parties, events & everything else. Birthday parties, showers, game nights, markets, corporate offsites, weddings. The room is yours late.

Running a recurring class at another hour? Just ask. We make room for set classes during event hours under special circumstances.

What kinds of events can I host here?

Birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, graduations, game and card nights, watch parties, fitness classes, workshops, markets and pop-ups, meetings and corporate offsites, fundraisers and galas, weddings and receptions, and private rentals of every kind. If you’re planning something we haven’t listed, ask. The space is built to flex.

What’s included with the rental?

Tables and chairs, setup and cleanup, restrooms, a prep area, trash removal, parking, and Bluetooth speaker access. The room also has wall-mounted TVs you’re welcome to use. We do not have an AV system, projector, or sound engineer. Bring your own if your event needs more than a Bluetooth speaker. Every package also includes our preferred vendor and caterer directory.

How much does it cost to rent The Commons?

Do we have to use your caterer?

No. We have no in-house catering and no preferred-vendor requirement. Work with any caterer you love, or handle the food yourself. We’ll happily point you to great local vendors from our directory, but you are never obligated to use them.

How big is the space?

One open, flexible room that reconfigures for seated dinners, standing receptions, or an empty floor for classes. Tell us your headcount when you inquire and we’ll confirm the room fits your group. Ask about your date →

Is there a minimum rental time or deposit?

The shortest package is a 2–3 hour shower rental; most packages run three to five hours. A non-refundable deposit is due at booking, and cancellations 14 or more days before your date receive a full refund minus that deposit. Setup and cleanup time is built into your package, not billed against your event hours.

How do I check availability and book?

Send your preferred date and a few details through the inquiry form. Taylor will confirm the room is open and walk you through holding it, typically within 72 hours. Ask about your date →

Can we bring alcohol?

You’re welcome to arrange your own. Tell us your plans when you inquire and we’ll walk you through what’s needed for your event. Ask about your date →

Is there parking?

Yes. Parking is available on site in the lot directly outside the entrance. Tell us your headcount when you inquire and we’ll confirm it comfortably covers your group.

How late can events run?

The room is yours until 2am. Evening bookings typically run in the 10am–2am window. Tell us your end time when you inquire and we’ll confirm it.
